Support Services
At Dublin Glenn Memory Care, we strive to provide resources and support not only to our resident’s families but also to caregivers in the community. We know it can be a challenging journey, so our goal is to offer timely and helpful information to help every step of the way. In addition to our staff providing Alzheimer’s support, the following organizations are good resources for additional information and education about Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

Memory Disorders Clinic at The Ohio State University Medical Center
The Memory Disorders Clinic at The Ohio State University Medical Center offers comprehensive assessments, treatment and diagnosis of patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and other memory impairments. Their qualified team of memory care professionals is dedicated to providing the highest level of care and support for their patients and their caregivers. They are also committed to the education of patients, caregivers, medical professionals and the public.

SAGE Test
The Self-Administered Gerocognitive Exam (SAGE) is a brief, self-administered cognitive screening test used to identify early signs of Mild Cognitive Impairment and dementia. Our memory care team recommends taking the SAGE test and discussing the results with a primary care physician.
